Melissa is the Office Manager for the Food Coach Institute. She has over 25 years’ experience with a wealth of knowledge in secretarial, event planning and administration. Melissa is passionate about yoga and is a qualified yoga teacher. By eating healthy and caring about her diet, she has managed to overcome her skin condition. She uses the practices and tools taught at the Institute to maintain her health and wellbeing.

Susie’s background of administrative services keep the institute and students going throughout their course. Susie works in the finance department while managing her own online store. Happily married she has turned the health of herself and husband around with the training provided by the Institute and Graduates.

She completed a Nutrition Degree in Sydney in the early nineties and after worked in numerous health food stores, however found it challenging to find a work role that fitted with her passions and beliefs about food. It was in 2011, as a new mum, that her enthusiasm about food would be refuelled with the discovery of The Food Coach Institute, completing the Cert 4 in 2012. After which she became an Assessor, whist raising her son, Zach, who later would be diagnosed with a digestive disorder adding many layers to her journey as a food conscious being/mum. Future goals include helping others to manage digestive disorders and to assist people generally to choose WhichFoodsWhen.

Adrienne Bright is a Clinical Nutritionist and a Food Coach on The Gold Coast. As a mother and a Food Coach she has been on a fantastic journey to learn new things, every day, about how to raise a healthy family in a modern world. Adrienne also loves to help others spread the message on what it means to be healthy and how we can make that happen. Optimal wellness is the best lifestyle choice.

Professor Dr Shirley Mcilvenny MD, MBBCh, FRAGP, FRCGP(UK)
Originally from the UK, Dr Shirley is a Nutritional and Family Doctor, published author, and currently lives in Australia. She has been Head of a University Department of Family Medicine and was Professor of Education in the Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine at Bond University, Queensland. She has over 20 years experience writing education courses and teaching medical and other students.
